You will have the opportunity to reclaim the Saint-Lawrence River by diving into the Louise Basin for swimming. Then, you will embark on a once-in-a-lifetime bike ride on the Dufferin-Montmorency Highway, taking you very close to the 83-meter high Montmorency Falls. And let’s not forget the running route, winding along the banks of the Saint-Charles River before taking you to the heart of Old Quebec, a UNESCO World Heritage jewel.
